A new clipper blade can be sharpened at least 10 to 15

times.  We try to remove as little metal as possible and

still get the blades sharp.  Blades are disassembled, 

inspected, sharpened, d-magnetized, cleaned, reassembled, and adjusted.  With proper sharpening,

your blades should last many years.
